The terms governing access to MegaProjects, newsletter sign-ups, and use of our editorial content.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using MegaProjects, operated by Fulcrum Enterprises s.r.o. ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
2. Description of Service
MegaProjects provides online articles, videos, and related digital content covering large-scale engineering, infrastructure, energy, space, and transport systems, together with a merchandise store.
All editorial content on the Site is available free of charge. Newsletter sign-ups are optional and may be cancelled at any time. Merchandise is sold separately through the store.
3. Merchandise
Merchandise available through the MegaProjects store is sold by Fourthwall, Inc., which acts as the seller and Merchant of Record. When you purchase merchandise, your purchase contract is with Fourthwall, not with Fulcrum Enterprises s.r.o. Fourthwall processes payment, collects applicable taxes, and handles order fulfillment and shipping.
- —Merchandise prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout; the binding amount appears before you confirm your order.
- —You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Delivery timelines depend on product type, fulfillment, and destination.

4. Returns & Refunds
Merchandise is sold by Fourthwall, Inc. as Merchant of Record. For quality or print defects on catalog products, a replacement or refund is available through Fourthwall. Made-to-order products do not carry a blanket general or sizing-return right unless the item is defective or applicable law requires otherwise. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- —Copy, redistribute, or publicly display Site content without our prior written consent.
- —Use the Site for any unlawful, defamatory, or harmful purpose.
- —Impose excessive load on our servers or otherwise interfere with normal Site operation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
All editorial materials on MegaProjects — including text, graphics, videos, audio, and trademarks — are the property of Fulcrum Enterprises s.r.o. or its licensors.
No content may be copied, modified, sold, or reused without express written permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice if you breach these Terms of Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence.
