Shipping costs and delivery information for merchandise purchased through the MegaProjects store, fulfilled by Fourthwall, Inc.
1. Who Fulfils Orders
Merchandise in the MegaProjects store is fulfilled and shipped by Fourthwall, Inc., which acts as the seller and Merchant of Record. Fourthwall manages warehouse, production, and carrier relationships for all store orders.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined dynamically based on product size, weight, and your delivery destination. There is no flat shipping rate — the exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order; the amount shown at checkout is the binding price.
As a guide, a single lightweight item (a tee, sticker, or print) typically runs $4.50–$9 in shipping to a US address, and more to Canada, the UK/EU, or Australia; heavier items (hoodies, mugs) cost somewhat more. Exact rates depend on the product, destination, and carrier.
3. Production and Delivery Times
Most items enter production within 24–48 hours of ordering. Printing, quality-checking, and packaging typically takes 3–5 business days (specialty items such as embroidery or multi-part prints can take longer).
US orders typically arrive within 6–12 business days of ordering in total (production plus 3–7 business days of domestic transit). International orders typically take 2–4 weeks after production, due to customs processing and longer transit routes. These are estimates, not guarantees — MegaProjects and Fulcrum Enterprises s.r.o. do not control carrier timelines and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
4. Order Tracking and Support
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking may briefly pause during the handoff between our fulfillment partner's carrier and your local postal service near delivery — this is normal and does not mean the package is lost.

5. International Customs and Duties
For most orders shipping to the EU, customs duty is calculated and collected at checkout (shown as a line item), so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. For other international destinations, your country's customs authority may charge import duties or fees on arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.
