(the Merchant of Record) collects your order details, payment information, and shipping address under its own privacy policy. We may receive limited order-level data (items purchased, shipping address, order status) for support and coordination purposes.
  • —Technical & usage data. IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, referrer URLs.
  • —Cookies. Essential cookies for site operation; optional analytics cookies (if consented).
  • —Communications & support. Messages, emails, or support requests you send us.

3. Fourthwall (Merchandise Store)

The MegaProjects store is powered by Fourthwall, Inc., which acts as the seller and Merchant of Record for merchandise. When you make a purchase, your transaction details, payment information, and personal data are collected and processed by Fourthwall under its own privacy policy. We receive limited order-level data (items purchased, shipping address, order status) for support and coordination purposes.
